Our standard products are covered by a 2-Year Warranty. The 1300 & 1400 Series handpieces carry a 1-Year Warranty. Batteries and chargers come with a 3-Month Warranty.
Is lifetime maintenance support provided for the tools?
Yes, we offer Lifetime Maintenance Support for our orthopedic power tools. Please note that this lifetime support excludes standard consumable parts.
How are repairs and technician training handled?
You can choose between two convenient options. Option 1: Send the tools to us for servicing; we will repair and ship them back within a week while covering shipping fees. Option 2: We supply free replacement parts and provide online training for your in-house engineers to handle maintenance locally.
